This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, delivery options, shipping costs, international delivery, customs information, tracking, delivery delays, and what to do if there is a delivery issue.
Shipping Carrier
We ship orders using Royal Mail and/or other tracked courier services where appropriate.
We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or UK public holidays.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and make your order ready for collection by Royal Mail or another courier.
Royal Mail and courier delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched and scanned into the delivery network. Processing time is not included in Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, or international delivery estimates.
Order processing times may vary depending on demand, stock availability, public holidays, and busy retail periods such as Christmas.
We always aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
UK Delivery Options
Royal Mail Tracked 48: estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 are delivery aims only and are not guaranteed 24-hour or 48-hour services.
Delivery may take longer during busy periods, adverse weather, Royal Mail delays, public holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
UK Shipping Costs
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free for UK orders over £50.
UK orders under £50.01 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5.50 for UK orders of any value.
All shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
International Shipping
We currently only ship internationally to the following countries:
Australia
New Zealand
United States
Canada
We do not currently ship to EU countries or any other international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, this means we do not currently ship to that destination.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout before the order is submitted.
Estimated international delivery time is usually 4–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing, local delivery services, courier delays, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
The total shipping cost will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
United States Orders
Orders shipped to the United States are sent with import duties paid where applicable.
This means that applicable US import duties and import taxes are included in the shipping and checkout process where required, and US customers should not usually be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery.
If a US customer is contacted by a courier, postal service, or customs authority regarding import charges, please contact us at sales@bestofbeauty.shop before making any payment so that we can review the matter.
Australia, New Zealand, and Canada Orders
For orders shipped to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges that may apply in their country, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and are outside our control.
Customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost for Australia, New Zealand, or Canada unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may cause delays that are outside our control.
We provide the required customs information with international shipments to assist with customs clearance. Customers should monitor their tracking information and follow any delivery partner, customs authority, or local postal service instructions shown in the tracking log.
Product-Specific Delivery Information
Please read the individual product page before ordering, as certain products may have specific delivery information, dispatch times, shipping restrictions, or handling requirements.
If a product has specific delivery information, that information will apply in addition to this Shipping Policy.
Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided using the contact details supplied at checkout.
Where a mobile phone number has been provided, you may also receive SMS updates from Royal Mail or the courier.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to Royal Mail or another courier, we are unable to change the delivery address, cancel the order, or retrieve the parcel from transit.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned to us, or lost. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete details have been supplied.
Delivery Delays
We always try to keep shipping times to a minimum and will make reasonable efforts to assist where delays occur.
However, once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Royal Mail, the relevant courier, the destination country’s postal service, or customs authority where applicable.
Delays may occur due to courier volumes, adverse weather, public holidays, customs processing, incorrect address details, local postal delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@bestofbeauty.shop with your order number and tracking number.
We will review the tracking information and assist where possible.
If Royal Mail or the courier confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the address provided, including delivery to a safe place, reception, concierge, mailroom, communal area, or nominated delivery location, we may rely on the tracking, GPS, and proof of delivery information when reviewing delivery queries.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped and handed to Royal Mail or another courier, we cannot cancel the order, change the delivery address, or control the transit process.
If the courier has not yet collected your order, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@bestofbeauty.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the information provided and advise the next steps.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or partial refund if the product remains usable and the customer chooses to keep it.
Returns After Delivery
If you change your mind after your order has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Items must be returned within the required return period, unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
For buyer’s remorse returns, including unwanted items, items ordered in error, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
