30-Day UK Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day UK returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, used, tested, or unsealed. Please see the “Items That Cannot Be Returned” section below.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return in either of the following ways:

When contacting us by email, please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue with the product.
Return Postage
For buyer’s remorse returns, including unwanted items, items ordered in error, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Original shipping fees are not refunded for buyer’s remorse returns. In these cases, only the item value will be refunded once the return has been received and inspected.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label where appropriate.
If you purchase an Evri returns label through our returns portal, please print the Evri label, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at an Evri drop-off point.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@bestofbeauty.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and advise the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or partial refund if the product remains usable and the customer chooses to keep it.
Please note that minor blemishes, dents, marks, or imperfections to outer retail packaging may not qualify as product damage if the product itself is unaffected.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, used, tested, or unsealed:
Makeup palettes
Lipsticks, lip glosses, lip oils, lip balms, and other lip products
Cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened or used
Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested
Eyeshadow palettes and makeup items that have been opened or tested
Time-sensitive products such as Timeless Vitamin C serum
Perishable goods
Sale items, where stated at the time of purchase
Expired stock sold clearly as expired
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, we cannot cancel the order, change the delivery address, or control the courier transit process.
If the courier has not yet collected your order, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed by us promptly after inspection. Please allow 2–7 working days for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and display the refund in your account.
Refused or Ineligible Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy, including items that are returned used, opened, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or not received in the condition described when the return was requested.
