How much is delivery?

We deliver to the UK only:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99 for orders up to £50. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Orders over £50 FREE

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.50

Question:

How do I return an item?

Answer:

Returns: 

1. Only for damaged/defective items:

- you can return within 30 days from date of delivery 

- email us at sales@bestofbeauty.shop with a photo of the issue/defect and state your reason for return. We will email you a printable Royal Mail returns label.
- Using the printed returns label, drop the returns parcel off at any post office, staff will scan the barcode on the printed label.

- Once we receive the parcel, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. At that point you will receive a refund confirmation email.

- Please be aware that funds can take 2-7 working days to appear in your bank account.

2. If you returning for any other reason, please email us at sales@bestofbeauty.shop to notify us of the imminent return. Buyer's remorse returns are returnable at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are not refunded in these cases, only the item values on the order.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Answer:

We are very accommodating to our customers! If your order has not been shipped or has been shipped and the courier has not collected it yet...then yes! We are happy to help with shipping address changes, product changes and order cancellations because we get it..you changed your mind or made a mistake! Don't we all? :)
Email: sales@bestofbeauty.shop as quickly as possible after placing an order quoting the order number and/or email address along with the change you want to make. We try to accommodate your request!

How long does delivery take?

Answer:

UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 days

       Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 days 

If an item has already been dispatched it's unlikely that you will be able to cancel your delivery. In that case you may have to wait until it arrives and return it unopened and in its original packaging to get a refund.
